1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://justcoach.io/, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Method of Payment & Automatic Renewal

We (or our third-party payment processor) shall authorize your credit card, PayPal account, bank account, or other approved payment facility you provided during the registration process for the full payment of the fees and any applicable taxes, and you hereby consent to the same. Your Subscription will automatically renew for the same term of your initial Subscription unless you cancel your Subscription as per section 4. Cancellation Policy.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so prior to ordering, please, make sure you have carefully read and understood the following policy:

SOFTWARE

Refunds are not issued.


There will be no partial (or prorated) refunds on monthly OR annual payments.


Our no refund policy also includes:

  • Fees charged immediately after a trial period ends
  • Incompatibility of our products with third party software
  • Lack of correct software
  • Coach or user difficulties

Refunds due to technical issues, such as a problem with the software or app, are at the sole discretion of justcoach.io
If you are not sure if the software meets your needs, or have questions about features, please contact our Customer Support Desk (https://justcoach.io/contact/). All inquiries about our products are free of charge.

INFORMATION PRODUCTS (not software related)
Because the products/services we offer are digital and cannot be returned, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:


The product is purchased less than a month ago.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of purchase, contact our support team at support@justcoach.io and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 GMT. 


You purchased two licenses for the same product, accidentally.

We’ll gladly refund you the duplicate purchase(s).


There is a technical problem with the product that justcoach cannot resolve after becoming aware of the problem.

Products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created. If you and justcoach encounter a consistently reproducible error with the product files that cannot be resolved by justcoach, you will be issued a refund.


Refund Process: If you request a refund, please include an explanation of reasons for a refund, your order invoice number, and your account email. Send your request to support@justcoach.io


Upon confirmation of your request for a refund, you must also destroy all copies of the files you may have made or stored in any place, as well as delete the files from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have saved or used them. All licenses you may have to use the content will be immediately terminated, and any current or future use of the content will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights. No refunds are issued for provided services if provided services meet predefined specifications.

By purchasing, you agree to waive your cancellation rights. By purchasing, you agree that all refunds are at the sole discretion of justcoach. You agree to justcoach’s full Refund Policy contained here within, which we may modify from time to time in our sole discretion.


4. Cancellation Policy

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the 'Help' icon directly from within your members dashboard area and clicking on the 'Subscriptions and Billing' section. From there, our Customer hub provides a simple no questions asked cancellation link.  

Cancellations will be effective once the cancellation request has processed (typically this happens immediately). You will be unable to log in to the justcoach website after that time. If you did not submit your cancellation request in time and the current month's payment has already processed, we will not issue a refund for the current month.

Once you cancel, you will no longer have access to the Program, including all content and community resources.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the Program.

5. 30-Day Free Trial 

You are entitled to only one trial of our justcoach Service. It is not permitted to enrol again using our trial if you have previously used it. You should therefore enrol by paying the normal monthly or annual subscription rates. 

Abuse of this condition entitles us to automatically charge your card the full membership amount at any time. 

6. Disclaimer

Your use of the Website is also subject to the Company’s Disclaimer. Please review our Disclaimer, which also governs the Website and informs users of various limitations regarding the information provided on the Website. Your agreement to the Disclaimer is hereby incorporated into these Terms of Use.

7. Privacy Policy 

Your use of the Website is also subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Website and informs users of our data collection practices. Your agreement to the Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into these Terms of Use.

8. Limitations

In no event shall justcoach or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on justcoach's website, even if justcoach or a justcoach authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on justcoach's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. justcoach does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. justcoach may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However justcoach does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Justcoach has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by justcoach of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

11. Modifications

Justcoach may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
