People simply want to live longer, better lives.

Red meat is what fat was during the 80’s and 90’s…

It’s being blamed for heaps of health issues, and while the science still needs to stack up, most people are ditching lamb for legumes; turning to a plant-based diet, in hopes to lower their risk of health problems…which isn’t a bad thing.

As a plant-based coach myself, for the past 6 years; I’m in better shape now in my 30’s, than I was in my 20’s.

If we can get most of our kilojoules from plants, that’s surly a good thing, right?

    Include 3 serves of legumes each day.

    Eat citrus fruit and other Vitamin C rich foods to increase iron absorption.

    Include sources of healthy fats such as flaxseed, olive oil dressing, chia seeds, nuts and avocados.

    Stock up on nuts and seeds for snacking, and increased satisfaction and fullness.
  5. 5
    Learn 2-3 amazing veg based recipes, and cook them often. Avoid trying to make millions of different recipes each time.
