Australia,
…sun,
…sand,
…surf,
…kangaroos,
…and vegans?
There’s over 2 million plant-based Aussies…which is nearly 12% of the population, and growing – and that's just Australia!
So why is eating ‘green’ on the rise - worldwide?
People simply want to live longer, better lives.
Red meat is what fat was during the 80’s and 90’s…
It’s being blamed for heaps of health issues, and while the science still needs to stack up, most people are ditching lamb for legumes; turning to a plant-based diet, in hopes to lower their risk of health problems…which isn’t a bad thing.
We could all do with a little more ‘green’ in our diet.
As a plant-based coach myself, for the past 6 years; I’m in better shape now in my 30’s, than I was in my 20’s.
And I’ve gotten some pretty remarkable client results by changing clients primary culinary focus from meat to greens.
The job of a health/wellness/fitness/nutrition coach is, unambiguously, to persuade clients to eat more of the good stuff and less of the bad.
If we can get most of our kilojoules from plants, that’s surly a good thing, right?
Whether that means adopting a more plant-based approach, or swerving towards a complete vegan protocol.
But I want to avoid food politics getting in the way of what we’re about to give you…
Introducing The Vegan Recipe Pack
An amazing collection of deliciously clean, veg based recipes, guaranteed to satisfy any hungry human.
The collection includes 40 individual recipes, in your recipe area, plus two 4-week programs - which each include:
Whether or not you see this as a ‘vegan only’ resource depends perhaps on your point of view.
This collection is designed for everyone.
A collection that will help you teach your clients better ways to enjoy veg and greens…a better way to build the base for succulent piece of meat, or introduce a meat-free day into client meal plans.
Sure, vegans will be super stoked with this amazing resource, but I don’t think they will mind the ‘selective omnivores’ introducing these keys to their clients.
5 Way to Go Green
Picture this…you run a hot bath…
…dip your toe in and all seems fine…then the signal gets to your brain and your toe is melting hot…like you just stepped in lava!
You snatch your foot out…scream for a bit…and reconsider your actions.
That’s how clients approach ‘going green’.
Try my 5 step approach, along with your new recipes to help ease your tribe into a greener life.
- 1Include 3 serves of legumes each day.
